Live Performance [Highlights]: After the Multiplex
ROLE: Dancer/“Cowboy”
After the Multiplex considers the potential affects and residues of gestures from genre films that play out--dance--in the bodies and lives of viewers long after leaving a cinema multiplex. It imagines the space of the stage as a foyer of a cinema multiplex into which the viewing bodies of several films--a Western, a horror film, and a chick flick--flow after their screenings have ended.
